Employed since Willis Information Technologies, Inc. became a company in 1997, Carole helps our clients grasp the fundamentals of computer systems, providing them with tips and tricks for making their jobs easier on their work computers, as well as their home computers. She enjoys working one-on-one with the end user, helping them diagnose their computer issues and troubleshooting them together to not only fix the problem, but to create an understanding of it so that it can be avoided in the future.
Carole is a computer industry veteran with over 18 years of experience. She is responsible for installing hardware, software and peer-to-peer networks for our clients and documenting these items for disaster recovery purposes. She also provides individual and small group training on common pieces of productivity software like Microsoft Word and Excel.
